Scotch Scone Shortbread Cookie Recipe:

3/4 C powdered sugar
1/4 C brown sugar
1 C butter
2 C flour
Directions:
Form into rolls and refrigerate overnight
Slice and top with colored sugar
Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes
Zabelicious Tip:
Speed up the chilling of the dough by placing it in the freezer, if you are in a time crunch. Don't let it get too hard or it will crack when you try to slice it.
