Our friends at Quince and Apple have managed to bottle it in the form of a simple syrup they’ve branded “Fix.” Fresh and fruity with half the sugar of most syrups, it’s easy to see why they keep winning awards. We’ve got the perfect cocktail recipe using the Fix Tiki Pineapple Syrup. Mix up this Calico Jack and you'll feel like you've sailed away to paradise. Cheers to summer!

Calico Jack

INGREDIENTS⠀

  • 1oz Fix Tiki Pineapple Syrup⠀

  • 2.5oz aged dark rum⠀

  • 4oz ginger beer⠀

  • pineapple or lime for garnish

DIRECTIONS⠀

In a tall glass with ice, stir together rum & Fix Tiki Pineapple Syrup. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a wedge of lime or pineapple!
