Soulful Sunday

Sundays offer us all a chance to rest and refuel our our mind, body and soul.

Taking a break from the hustle and bustle of life, might lead us to remember what truly matters and how to honor that daily.

As I reflect on the past week, I’m grateful for the blessing of an impromptu walk in the woods with a friend. We soaked up the sunshine, as it glistened off the creek, just before a storm rolled through. What a gift we had that day, to reconnect with each other and nature.

Looking ahead to next week, I’m already dreaming up plans to make the most of my days and manage my time better.

My intention for this week is to really focus on carving out family time for the holidays, so we aren’t overbooked. I’m journaling those goals and making sure I allow enough unscheduled time between now and Christmas to stay true to that intention.
