Holiday Brunch Menu Ideas
A holiday brunch menu is one of the easiest events to plan. Not sure what to serve? I have a few Zabelicious recipes for you to try. Don't feel the need to do all of the cooking. Make it a potluck and maybe a pajama party! Invite your guests to come early and prepare the brunch together. Mixing it up in the kitchen with friends might be the highlight of your holiday season! You could even select the menu, but assign your guests to bring certain items, so nothing is overlooked. Here are a few of our family favorites for this festive season. I’m sharing homemade recipes and store-bought shortcuts if cooking isn’t your thing, but entertaining is!
Holiday Brunch Menu
Mocktails or Mimosa Bar
Wild Rice Frittata or mini frozen quiche
Swedish Pancakes or frozen waffles with whipped cream and fresh berries
Christmas cookies; Shortbread, Ginger, Melting Moments, or Toffee Triangles
Zabelicious Tips:
Set up a self-serve mimosa bar for guests with a variety of juices, fresh fruit and Prosecco.
Bring the outside in for a natural decorating touch. Try pinecones mixed with a little glitter and sparkly snowflakes for a whimsical look.
Keep it simple and serve brunch buffet style for a more fun, casual atmosphere.
