Grandma's Pumpkin Bread
Baked with love from Grandma’s kitchen, her pumpkin bread was the best. It became a Christmas tradition for her to give us grandchildren each a loaf of homemade pumpkin bread, wrapped in tinfoil, tied with a ribbon and a little cash underneath. She had to start baking early, in order to have enough for all the grandkids by Christmas. If I close my eyes, I can almost smell the scent of pumpkin spice and I’m magically transported back to her kitchen. What a treat that would be. Sadly, it’s not possible since Grandma is no longer with us. I’ll gladly carry on the family tradition. No time to waste, I’d better start baking!

Zabelicious Tip
Investing in high quality bakeware makes all the difference. I recently upgraded to Cuisinart’s Easy-Grip Loaf Pan, which I highly recommend for cooking and cleanup performance. It’s worth shopping around at various retailers, as prices fluctuate daily.
