Finding Your Grateful Heart at Thanksgiving
Gratitude is the only gift you need to bring to the table.
Thanksgiving is much more than a meal. It’s a mindset. Thanksgiving is an opportunity for grateful hearts to reunite and welcome new friends. Celebrate old traditions and create new ones. Finding your gratitude isn’t always easy. Whether you are hosting, traveling or flying solo, life gets hectic. Holidays can be lonely. Families are complicated. Pressure mounts daily for perfection. The menu. The table setting. The guest list. The grocery list. Don't let your holiday spiral out of control. The whole point of Thanksgiving is to gather, give thanks, and cherish time with family and friends.
Here are some life coaching tips and links to guide you to finding your grateful heart this Thanksgiving:
Practice gratitude daily by journaling and find your way to a grateful heart.
Pause before you power through. Try this; meditate, balance, repeat.
Place presence above perfection. Live in the moment and let it go!
Volunteer to help those in need through Feeding America or Meals on Wheels America.
