COM: Ginger Old Fashioned
Old Fashioned cocktails are a staple at supper clubs here in Wisconsin. Typically it’s brandy or whisky, sweet or sour. Today, I’m sharing an old fashioned with a new twist-ginger.
We first discovered a ginger old fashioned at the Alchemy Cafe, a local gastropub. We were so impressed with the unique flavor of their old fashioned, we decided to experiment and create our own recipe at home. Get ready to mix up our cocktail of the month, the ginger old fashioned. Are you ready for happy hour?
